What if an item I want is sold out?
If something is sold out, don’t hesitate to reach out! I might be able to make a similar piece or let you know when a new batch is coming.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you live near Leuven, we can arrange a local pickup instead of shipping. Just reach out before placing your order, and we’ll work out the details.
How long does it take to ship an order?
If the item is available, I try to ship within one week.
If the item is not in stock, production can take up to 6 weeks, depending on material availability. If you’re on a tight timeline contact me, and we'll see what’s possible.
